1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address and basic profile data you choose to share when you sign in.
• OAuth tokens: We store OAuth tokens necessary to access your Gmail account so the app can fetch emails. Tokens are stored encrypted and only used to access your mailbox on your behalf.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics about feature usage and errors to help us improve the product.
• AI messages: chat messages and prompts you send to the AI. See the AI email content section below for details. all the messages are encrypted no one can see it unless the user.

2. Gmail access and email content

AZENV integrates with Gmail via Google OAuth. When you connect your Gmail account you explicitly grant AZENV permission to read and summarize your email threads. We do not ask for your Google password — OAuth is used exclusively.

Do we store your emails? No. We do not persist your email content on our servers for longer than required to perform a requested action. By default, email content fetched for summarization and replies is processed in-memory and discarded after the operation completes unless you explicitly save a draft or action inside the app. all the content are encrypted.

Tokens: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted so we can access your mailbox when you use the service. You may revoke access at any time from your Google account security settings or from the AZENV account settings page.

3. AI message privacy

Messages you send to AZENVs AI (for generating summaries, drafts, or chat replies) are processed to produce the requested output. We treat these messages as confidential. We use industry-standard technical measures to protect them by encrypted them. If you include highly sensitive personal data and prefer additional protections, please contact us at torrimo@gmail.com.

4. How we use information

• Provide and operate the service (fetch, summarize, reply).
• Improve the product and detect abuse or bugs.
• Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.

5. Data retention

We retain OAuth tokens and minimal account metadata for as long as your account exists or until you revoke access. Temporary copies of email content used to generate summaries or replies are discarded shortly after processing unless you explicitly save them.

6. Third‑party services

We may use third‑party services (hosting, AI providers) to help operate AZENV. Those providers have their own privacy practices; we limit what we share with them to what is necessary to deliver the service.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. While we take security seriously, no system is entirely risk‑free — if you suspect a security issue, please contact us immediately at torrimo@gmail.com.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise those rights, contact us at torrimo@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children

AZENV is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will post a prominent notice on the site and update the effective date above.
